Für unseren Shop in den Hackeschen Höfen suchen wir einen Filialleiter / Store Manager, der ganz eigenverantwortlich und mit viel Freude das Geschäft in allen Belangen im Griff hat.
Deine Aufgaben
- Beratung, Verkauf und Präsentation der Manufakturware
- Warenbestandspflege, Wareneingang, Ausgang, Nachbestellung
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem Warenwirtschaftssystem zu allen Geschäftsvorgängen vom Tagesanfang bis zum Tagesabschluss
- Zuverlässige Bearbeitung aller Kundenanfragen und -bestellungen aus dem Ladenlokal und dem Onlineshop
- Kundenpflege und Kommunikation mit Herstellern
- Einteilung & Organisation des Teams
Dein Profil
- Du hast Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, idealerweise im Kontext von Design & Kunst
- Dein Interesse für Gestaltung und erlesene Manufakturprodukte bringst Du mit Freude zielführend in Verkaufsgesprächen ein
- Deine Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung sowie ökonomisches Denken und Agieren sind Teil Deiner Professionalität
- Du pflegst einen entspannten, freundlichen Umgang mit Kunden & Lieferanten
- Du fühlst Dich in einem internationalen Umfeld wohl und verfügst über sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und sorgst durch Dein Engagement für optimale Prozesse in der Warenwirtschaft
